Refund policy

All sales are final

Every product in this store is digital and delivered by instant download. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are made once the purchase is complete.

The reason is specific. The moment the payment is confirmed, the file becomes available to download and the buyer has the complete product in hand. There is no way to return it, and no way to verify that it has been deleted. This is sensitive intellectual property — presets, LUTs and working material that copy in seconds — so refunding after delivery leaves the seller with no protection at all.

By completing the purchase, the buyer is requesting immediate access to the digital content and acknowledges that, given the nature of the product, the sale is final.

Technical problems

This policy does not limit technical support. If the download link doesn't work, the file arrives damaged or incomplete, or the content delivered doesn't match the product purchased, write to us and we'll resolve it: resending the link, delivering it another way, or replacing the file. No time limit and no cost.

What this policy does not cover is buyer's remorse: the aesthetic result not being what was expected, source footage not meeting the technical requirements published, or a purchase made without reading the product description. The requirements are spelled out on every product page, and we answer questions before purchase by email and on Instagram.

Chargebacks

If anything goes wrong, the first step is to contact us. Opening a chargeback without having tried to resolve the problem with us first allows suspension of access to the updates included and to future purchases.
