Who we are

This store is operated by dzntomi LLC, a company incorporated in the state of Wyoming, United States. Throughout this text, "we" refers to dzntomi LLC and "you" or "the buyer" to whoever accesses or makes a purchase on dzntomi.com.

By using this site or making a purchase, you accept these terms.

The products

We sell digital products for editing and color: PowerGrades, LUTs, presets, working material and related educational content. Everything is delivered by download and includes no physical component.

Prices are stated in United States dollars (USD).

We do our best to make images, descriptions and demonstrations represent the product accurately. Final results depend on the source footage, the camera, the exposure, and the judgment of whoever applies the grade.

Licence of use

On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product on your own projects and on commercial work for clients, with no limit on the number of projects.

You may not:

• share, lend, resell or redistribute the files, whether free of charge or for payment
• upload them to repositories, shared drives, groups or download platforms
• include them, in whole or in part, inside a product of your own or of a third party
• offer them as part of a course, pack or service without written authorisation

Intellectual property in the product remains ours at all times. The purchase grants a licence of use, not ownership.

Breaching these conditions allows immediate revocation of the licence and of any associated access, with no refund.

Delivery

Delivery is automatic and immediate once payment is confirmed, by a link sent to the email address given at purchase. It is the buyer's responsibility to enter a valid email address and to check the spam and promotions folders.

Updates

Updates to the products purchased are delivered at no cost to the same email address used at purchase, for as long as the product remains in the catalogue.

Refunds

All sales are final. See the Refund policy.

Limitation of liability

The products are provided "as is". We do not warrant that they are fit for any particular purpose, and we are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from their use, including loss of data or of projects.

Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
